Quinoa flour ... 2 cups
Spring onion ... 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves . handful (finely chopped)
Green chillies .... 1-2 (optional)
Oil / ghee
1. Knead the quinoa flour adding the finely chopped greens, salt and about 2 tbsps oil. You can skip chillies if kids are eating.
Serve with any curry/ chutney / pickle.
