YAKISOBA

This is a very popular Street Food in Brazil.
Yakisoba literally "fried noodles in sauce", is considered a Japanese dish but originated in China and is technically a derivative of Chinese chow mein. Although soba usually refers to buckwheat noodles in mainland Japan, Yakisoba noodles are made from wheat flour similar to ramen. This dish can be prepared adding meats or vegetables of your choice.
Information source: wikipedia

Ingredients:
Yakisoba noodles
Yakisoba sauce .. 2-3 tbsps (available in stores)
( You can substitute it with - 2 tsp soy sauce+2 tsp blackbean sauce+1tsp chilli sauce)
Garlic paste .... 1 tbsp
Ginger ......... 1 tbsp (julienned)
Brocolli .... 1/2 cup
Carrot ...... 1/4 cup ( peeled and sliced diagonally)
Bell peppers ... 1 cup ( red, green & yellow - cut into cubes)
Onion ........... 1 small (cut into cubes)
Oil ..... 2-3 tbsps
Salt .. to taste
Method:
1. Boil the noodles adding salt and a little oil to the water. Drain and set aside.

2. In a pan heat a little oil and ad the garlic and ginger. Saute and add all the vegetables and salt. Stir fry for a minute and simmer just until the vegetables are cooked a bit, but should remain crunchy.

3. Stir in the sauce and the noodles. Mix and serve hot immediately.
